Very nice experience, there is a wide selection of bikes and they are good and well looked after. The guy at the front office was friendly and accommodating, and kindly spent quite some time with us explaining us all the possible routes. They offer rescue service in case there is an issue (which luckily was not our case). It's also possible to return bikes later than the office closure time for a return fee. Only thing is that we were not told that there was a fee, we would have appreciated knowing that in advance!

My wife and I were very satisfied with the services you provided. Your staff member always had a smile on his face. We found our bikes ready with their attachments the second we arrived. Staff even offered to lend me a bag and look after my belongings by the time we came back. The child seats were super comfortable for the kids, and my oldest son weighs 15kg. I was rather hesitant about requesting a child seat or a trailer, but I can say from experience for a 15kg kid a child seat is definitely suitable. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend it.

Super friendly staff with excellent knowledge of the island.

Positive experience of communication and rental itself. I wish the bikes gears were serviced better but when we got the flat tire twice they managed to bring us another bike to the middle of nowhere within 20min.
