I’ve been really impressed & pleased with Cars of Chichester. The purchase was easy, friendly & there was absolutely no pressure to buy. When there was an issue they provided excellent aftercare, providing a courtesy car, working hard to find & solve the problem, keeping me up to date & then delivering the car to me. Huge thanks to Chris, Matthew & Mike. I would definitely buy from them again - very honest, reliable & trustworthy.

Matthew and Chris gave us such great service. From understanding how they select and care for their cars to the complete package including incredible warranty unlike other garages, and touch ups before releasing the vehicle ….we were well looked after. We are so pleased with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future for our next car.

Just bought a Jeep Cherokee from Cars of Chichester, Chris and Matt were really helpful, I had to drive over 3 hours to view it and they promised they wouldn't sell it until I viewed it. The car was spotless and was exactly as described in Autotrader. Chris even came in an hour early to collect me from MacDonald's as I had to get a lift and arrived before the garage was open. I would recommend this garage.

EDIT: After an initial hiccup where I thought the car was an expensive mistake, the dealer promptly and surprisingly connected with me to solve the issue with the air-con compressor and door. At the end of day, buying used always brings its risks and having a proactive dealer can make the huge difference. Matt and Mike has been understanding and supportive so ultimately I strongly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience buying from Cars of Chichester. Chris and Matt are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent and the after sales service extremely good. The car I bought was in fantastic condition and came with full mechanical checks, 1 years MOT and 6 months warranty. I'm very happy with the car and would highly recommend these guys. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Bought an MX5 from here just over a year ago, forgot to write a review. Experience was very efficient and friendly, and the car was reasonably priced. Been a great little runner.

Bought my Discovery 4 in December 2019. As of June 2020, ive had to replace 2 Turbos, and the prop shaft. Worst thing was. I was told it was treated for the rust. I did have a look, and it looked like it had. It wasnt actually treated. Just painted over. Since getting the Turbos replaced, the body was lifted off revealing...... Rust. Lots of it. It also showed that the 'rust treatment' was only the parts you could visibly see. There is a picture that shows the 'treatment' and a scratch taken off it, showing the rust under it that was painted over. The other pics are the extent of the rust hidden by the body work.So 1k in rust treatment, and another 6K in engine fix's. The warranty that came with it only paid up to 2k in the small print. And that was a hassle as it was. All in all. Extremely dissapointed. And very annoyed.Oh and the Fuel tank cradle is rusted completely. Just drained my funds getting it going again. Tank cradle is the next job.

Bought a Mazda6 estate from Chris just over a week ago, viewed the car on the Thursday, test drove it and agreed the sale same day. By Saturday it had a fresh MOT, valet and was ready to pick up. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze, Chris was helpful, polite and professional. The car was exactly as described, well priced and is wonderful to drive. Since collecting a week or so ago, I've covered around 700 miles and it's performed flawlessly. I'd recommend Cars of Chichester and Chris and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service car was valeted to the max ran like a dream home (3hour journey) very thing on the vehicle was tested and repaired/replaced if needed great guys wouldn’t hesitate in using them again love the car thanks guys
