Great service very nice

Asked if they could help me with resizing my engagement ring, they turned down the job and explained why, which i appreciated them saying why they can't. However she refused to measure my finger or even tell me how to find out my ring size which is really unhelpful, wouldn't of took long and would of cost her nothing, Poor customer service won't be going back.

Lovely friendly staff, found me a beautiful strap to fit my watch which was burgandy in colour and difficult to find at the time. Got a necklace fixed also. Thanks for the great service.
