An amazing experience with Sheree. She helped release the tension in my neck and the rest of my body. I felt so relaxed and could have easily have slept afterwards. She is also compassionate and understands so much about people’s situations.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sheree at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022. I was competing in the Lawn Bowls for Team Wales and Sheree was part of the support staff. How lucky were we!!She was thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session. I came away feeling great! Sheree is an excellent massage therapist. She has a great depth of knowledge to help many musculoskeletal conditions. I find her particularly skilled in working with neck pain. I have been going to Sheree for four years now, after the birth of my first child. She is an amazing sports therapist, I had terrible lower back pain and she has taken care of me, taking me from being in agony to no pain at all. She gave me the most amazing pregnancy massages on my second child. Within the last year I was diagnosed with Sciatica and she not only use her expertise to help me within my sessions but also she gave me tips and exercises to do at home to help. I have suffered with my mental health where i have broken down crying in my sessions. Sheree's super friendly and caring nature puts me at ease and her head massages literally feels like magic and my troubles melt away. I feel calm, rested and relaxed leaving. Sheree is incredibly knowledgeable and good at what she does!
