Super cool music shop, the staff were so patient and attentive allowing us to try whatever we liked without any pressure to buy. Absolutely fantastic!!! Can't wait for my next visit.

Fantastic place, workers here are very knowledgable and nice. I usually come with time, there is many people trying guitars and getting their attention, but when is your turn you love the time and care they give every costumer. I bought a pre owned guitar and they changed the strings and tuned it while telling me about the specific cares of that model. I'll be coming back for years

I came from Istanbul and I decided to buy Yamaha apx 600 for my music's performances. So, I am glad to get my guitar and special thanks to Fabio who works on PMT London. He has been helpful in every way.

Had a great experience at the store.. The staff is super helpful and well informed. Fabio really knows his stuff, he took time to listen to my newbie questions and answered all of them with friendly attitude. Great guy. He really made my day. I had just bought a new guitar that came with a snapped string on a Floyd rose trem which I’m new to. Small issue but I’m really glad I visited the store. Fabio, thank you for your hospitality. Others at the store well also very accommodating. The store looks shiny as.. ahem

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in London. Specifically the worker with dreadlocks and glasses who works downstairs is an insanely rude and disrespectful person. When I went to try a drumkit, before asking me if I need help or anything, he approached me and said you couldn't afford that so don't touch it." I then went to another cheaper synth and started playing it and after about 2 minutes he stopped me claiming that I should leave if don't buy something. This kind of behavior is unacceptable It is not ok to treat customers like that! I have bought many things from PMT over the years like my korg minilogue and pocket operator

Good selection of instruments and equipment which are hard to find in other music shops. Friendly, knowledgeableand helpful staff. Only critique is would like stock information to be on show somehow as I really liked 2 display models which didn't happen to be in stock.

I hadn't intended on making a purchase on Monday evening, I had gone in to seek advice and perhaps try some basses. Fortunately for me, Josh was exactly who I needed, as he was incredibly helpful in letting me try out a bass and gave me some useful advice about purchasing my first bass. Music shops are always the best place to look and try things out before buying, the staff are always immensely friendly and knowledgeable, and this was no exception. Whilst I left empty-handed, it was still well worth popping by as I was certainly better off having gone in than not. Massive thanks again to Josh!

Avoid like the plague.I was sold my first electric guitar here, took it back because I had a few problems. The technician saw it and said straight away the neck is defected and will need changing, told me to come back and he will see what he can do. On returning he completely forgot what he first said to me about the neck, instead told me it’s absolutely fine, I just need to adjust the bridge to deal with the dead notes past 15 and said that all guitars fall out of tune. Took my guitar to another technician this week, he said the neck is completely done and it should have never been sold. Im out of my 1 year warranty now, so will have to go into my own pocket to buy a new neck. But be very careful with this company, especially the London branch. Don’t trust them to give you sound advice if you’re new, they might try and sell you defective instruments.

My initial experience was great when purchasing online, and everything came as arranged. Great guitar with no scratches, blemishes or other marks. Plays like a dream. Practice amp was a bargain and everything was well packaged and delivery was by a reputable company. Downside was that the guitar case was shipped by another company. Should of arrived on 27th June and it's now 4th July. I contacted the appropriate department and they wavered the delivery fee plus gratis to spend with them. I needed the guitar case for my new axe for gigs over the weekend so I had to borrow one from a friend. So, five stars for initial first delivery and for being very helpful with undelivered case which is arriving today. Overall I'm happy and will definitely use this company again.
