Stella Kordista Architecture Workshop

This is the third design we have used from Stella and again it had a multiplicity of good ideas incorporated in it which we were unlikely to have thought of, as well as two separate idea paths given. The 3D rendered drawings supplied were really helpful as we could see very clearly how the chosen design would look and fit into the house. Again, well done Stella!

From first meeting Stella she has been so approachable and completely understood what we were hoping to achieve whilst also offering some really clever suggestions to maximise space, light and the flow of our house. We’ve been really happy with her drawings and approach to the planning process and it’s been fantastic to see those drawings materialise with the building underway. We have used Stella a few times for various projects on our property and always find her professional and accommodating to requests being made. Stella provides revised drawings promptly and is happy to listen to suggestions and develop these to final construction versions of the drawings. Stella also responds promptly to queries from our structural designer, which reduces the timeframe and costs. Finally, we find her charges reasonable.
