This company called me to ask if they could deliver my goods on Bank Holiday Saturday. My husband and I waited in all day - no delivery.I called them the following Monday and they did not even know that the delivery had not been made! Apparently, the driver could not find our goods and so just did not bother about it! Delivery was re-arranged for today - still not arrived. Terrible company - would have given minus stars if the site allowed!

Extremely poor service. Was expecting delivery between 2-4pm on Wednesday. I rang 6pm as still not delivered. Advised from customer services that they had spoken to the driver and he was delayed but will be there within the hour. Never happened. I rang customer services next morning to be informed that because of jubilee bank holiday I won’t receive items now till possibly the following Monday. If I hadnt of rang, no one would’ve told me anything. A simple phone call would’ve stopped me waiting around all afternoon thinking I was going to get my delivery.

Unprofessional service, delivery driver with poor attitude who was completely uninterested in being helpful. Literally left office chair and table on the road! And when I called the company to feedbackthey weren't bothered and said it was only curbside delivery. It's not even curbside it's street side but this doesn't seem to matter to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Martin the delivery driver couldn’t fit the truck down the road, so he unloaded at the far end and pulled the pallet by hand to my front door! Highly recommended, cheers Martin

SOVEREIGN TRANSPORT SERVICES Ltd.A freight company that is totally untrustworthy. I made a purchase from Victoria Plumb. I paid for next day delivery to allow the consignment to meet an onward shipment abroad. Two Delivery dates advised by Sovereign Transport Services came and passed without any delivery despite being contacted by Victoria Plumb twice and each time assuring us of delivery.Next delivery promised is tomorrow 2 days after the original due date. Will it arrive? Who knows.None of these imitation delivery companies can match Royal Mail or Amazon. Why do we put up with it?

Totally unprofessional! Given a delivery slot of between 9am & 6pm, took day of work, no delivery, no phonecall or message to say running late or not delivering. I'd say that this is really poor service, but it is no service whatsoever. I would avoid using this company, however as it is a 3rd party the choice isn't given. I will be contacting the company that I purchased the product to be delivered from about this poor service.

Derby A50/A38 roundabout, one of your drivers could see me on the roundabout at 40mph(the limit) he still chose to crawl out of the junction from the A50 and cause me to slam my brakes on to avoid my car plowing straight into him. I've then told him I'm calling this company to which he gives me some lovely aggressive hand gestures instead of the apologyi shouldve got. One angry and dangerous driver they have there. I'm also a professional driver so I know what I'm talking about. How did he pass with maneuvers like that I'll never know

Disgusting service I brought some itmes of a company that used this company to deliver very exspsive delivery. I pay for a satday service I have not received my items satday and no phone call to explain I am still waiting i would definitely recommend to any one to avoid any company that used this company

Worst transport company you can deal with. Poorly trained customer service staff , even worse management who will not help you or care about your custom. all staff with dont care and uninterested attitudes. Even there own employees and drivers hate it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT MAY BE CHEAPER BUT WILL COST YOU DOWN THE LINE. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY PART OF PALLETWAYS.
