Fantastic service, and great hot tub. We've hired hot tubs before, this one was the best that we've had, and such a pleasant couple, efficiency from beginning to end. Great service with fast and clear communication. Good quality hot tub and gazebo with easy, quick set up and clean removal. When I had an issue with the fairy lights not working Rebecca was quick to reply on email and someone even came out the next day to sort it! Would highly recommend and definitely will be using again.

Excellent service, excellent communication. Rebecca gave us a 2 hour window for set-up which was fast and very efficient. Good quality hot tub and efficient take-down. Will definitely use again and would throughly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! The sales team were lovely, so responsive, and couldn't do enough for us. We were awkward customers but nothing seemed like too much trouble! The hot tub was hired as a surprise for my best friend's birthday and all went so smoothly thanks to the help of the awesome delivery team. So Spa So Good are so reasonably priced in comparison to other hot tubs in the area, and the addition of the gazebo and fairy lights is just such a nice extra touch. I couldn't recommend them more to be honest :)

Wow - the service from Phil and the So Spa So Good team was excellent. From installing the hot tub, gazebo and lights, to advice on using the tub (and extra filters to make sure the water stayed clean and clear), and finally collecting everything yesterday, every element was professional and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again.

Brilliant service for those wishing to experience a private hot tub without spending thousands to buy one. We hired a 7 person unit for 4 days over New Year. The friendly team came and set up in a matter of minutes and left clear instructions. We then enjoyed the spa for 4 days before the team were back to collect in an equally slick fashion. The hot tub itself looks and feels high quality for an inflatable. Highly recommend!
