Freeman Brothers porvided an excellent service and were very professional right from the beginning. We would highly recommend their services.

I cannot fault the service provided by Freeman Brothers for both my mother's funeral recently, and my uncles funeral 9 years ago. Excellent in all respects.

Our Dad had a pre-paid Funeral Plan with Freeman Brothers. The service he received when he booked this plan and the service our family received when the time came to make the arrangements for his Funeral, was excellent and we can’t praise all the Staff at Freeman Brothers highly enough.

When my dad pass suddenly in September I was lost and didn't know what to do, Vicky at freeman brothers was so kind and listened and she did such a wonderful job with so much respect and my dad was handled with such good care and respect and I was able to say goodbye like I wanted and honour him. My family and myself can't thank the team enough for everything they did.

She dealt with all my wishes promptly and efficiently. Vicky cared for my husband and prepared him exactly as I asked and was a great support when I went to view him. My parents had purchased a will plan from Freeman's, which really took a lot of pressure off of us when my Mum passed away. We dealt with Jennifer who made the whole planning and day run exactly as we wanted it to. The celebrate that they recommend, Karen Willis delivered the eulogy as if she knew my Mum personally. We had several people who could not make the funeral and we had the video link which everybody who used it said was very good.

After my father passed away after a short illness, it was Freeman Brothers that put my mind at rest and put in motion arrangements for the funeral. From start to finish, the entire process appeared to be seamless and on the day of the funeral it went entirely to plan. Staff, both on the phone and present on the day, were all so very friendly, helpful and very professional, a credit to them all.
