My sons went to the barber shop yesterday, they had the worst hair cuts I have ever seen. Their hair cuts are completely uneven and look a total mess. I would never take a member of your family to these people. Score of 1 is too generous.

Hair cut was not what I asked for at all. I've been trying to grow my hair out and only wanted the back and sides tidied up and for the rest to be left but he ended up disregarding what I wanted and disregardedthe fact that I have curly hair. I ended up with a shapeless much to short cut right before a formal evening. My curls are ruined, my hair is now set to grow out weirdly and I am livid. Over all I am not happy and will not be using this baber again. The other staff aside from the man (Paul I think his name was) were good but the man messed up my hair very badly and knocked my confidence right before a formal evening.

Went in for a skin fade, side parting with come over like I've had for ages, even shown them my parting lines and side parting but I still Walked out with short back and sides and a wonkey beard! Worse haircut I've EVER had. The person too no notice on what I asked for and seemed to want to do it as quick as he could. Now have to regrow my hair back to how it's meant to be. Only used it as I'm here with family and the reviews were good. Reviews are very miss leading.

Just got back from a hair cut here, due to my preferred place in Tavistock being very busy. I think the gentleman, no, sorry, just man, cutting my hair was the owner, I also think he was in a hurry. He seemed annoyed when I was unsure as to whether I wanted hair off, or on my ears. He said not one word to me during the cutting, but kept checking his watch. When done, he simply said to me better?" and then appeared to actually sigh when I asked if he could take a little more off the top

I have been using The Original Barber Shop for almost 3 years and I just cannot fault it one bit! The owner Paul has always been very polite and chatty to me, being a fellow businessman we always have much to discuss. The ladies are very pleasant too and they all listen to how you want your hair cut and just get on with it to a very high standard, no fuss. Overall, very pleasant barbers, great price, would not hesitate to recommend you visit here for a great hair cut.

Reasonable haircut, not exactly what I asked for but wasn’t awful either. Person that cut it on Saturday was a bit dull, seemed more interested in the phone calls than any kind of conversation.Wouldn’t return with the other available options in Tavistock, just didn’t cut the mustard.

Awful place. Haircuts were fine but manners were not. Very rough with my children and absolutely no conversation what so ever, the barber, Paul I think was his name seemed very rude and like he wanted to be anywhere else than at work. I only used as where we normally go was shut but we will never be going back there. My youngest came away with a big red mark a over his ear where the clippers caught, he did not brush their necks down properly. When combing their hair I thought my child was going to cry, absolutely nothing gentle about it. He did not interact with them at all, when moving their heads was incredibly rough.
