Football Fiesta Cardiff

If I could leave less stars I would.I booked the ‘party experience’ for my son and 7 of his friends. As for the party part of our experience we were left very disappointed. The ‘party room’ is actually a poorly sectioned off part of the bigger room which was still dirty (crumbs, rubbish and spilled squash) from the previous party, myself and my mother had to clean this up while several members of staff played together on the football activities. We weren’t offered a team photo, squash refill or a party host as the website advertised. A member of staff did stay with the group of kids whilst they played but was busy watching the football when we sat the kids down for food.As if the above isn’t a bad enough experience whilst myself and my mother popped back to our cars to get the party food, balloons etc (after advising staff that we were doing so more than once) we arrived back to being told one of the kids had fallen and hurt their face. I have attached pictures of the damage caused to my sons face and the appliance that he fell onto. I was advised by staff that one of the other children in the party had accidentally tripped my son up whilst they were playing. As I had popped to my car I only have the staff members word for this but despite the reason for the accident if the appliance had been sufficiently capped and padded my son would have had a bruise at the most. Instead he had bad cuts, which have scarred!! And is very lucky bit to have had his eye out.I have of course been in touch with Football Fiesta in regards to my sons face in the hope that I would receive an apology and be assured that they would ensure this wouldn’t happen to any other children to be told that they can not help that another child tripped my son and it is my fault as I left my son alone.As you can imagine I’m absolutely disgusted in the response that I received and would never recommend anyone visit this place. The party experience is a shambles and appliances are unsafe!

I am not a local fellow, was visiting my friend's place. Curiously checked in and enjoyed the session with my 3 years old son. Friendly customer service and various rooms offering interesting activities to train football. I wish, I also had any branch in my area. Small corner cafe offering light snacks and drinks. If possible can do online booking for a cheaper price.

Changed location from Culverhouse Cross and now quite a poor experience for the same cost. Far less activities and consequently a less enjoyable experience.Obvious opportunity for a competitor to provide an alternative option with better value for money.

Great place for kids who love football and to get kids interested in football. My two aren't big footie boys but the fun games here are keeping them running around. Prices on the drinks are very reasonable, 50p for a bottle of water. I just wish the coffee machine hadn't packed in today lol.

2 stars because the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately the equipment looks tired and the new venue being the entrance of Cardiff City stadium is unpractical and not suited for children's activities. Hopefully they change venue to something they had before.

Wouldn’t bother going. Booked session prior to going however when arrived the whole place was absolutely carnage, the children could barely get a look in on anything due to older children and adults taking over the place. Spent 60 minutes standing around waiting their turn. For 3 children who are football mad it wasn’t a good experience!

A good experience for kids over 6 but pretty lacking for the younger kids, its also pretty disorganised and messy. Also there was no security against children simply walking out of the premisis as the doors were broken.

A little less 'wow' than I expected after reviewing the website but the kids absolutely loved it. Plenty to keep the lads (and dads) more than entertained for the hour. Could have stayed longer to be fair. We went as part of our Under 10s end of season presentation and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Not good since moved to city stadium. Stood outside in rain waiting after our time slot started. Heavy dance music extremely loud can’t hear each other. No flow to the layout so hard to go between games. Everything worn out. Very expensive for what it is. Good concept but really lacking.

Great concept. Poor service of teas and coffee. Little run down in places. But children love it. And that's the main thing
