My partner got her nails done here, two nails snapped off within a day and the rest were so thick we couldn’t get them off, my partner takes really good care of her acrylics and has never had any snap off, she normally has a really pleasant experience with you guys but this time wasn’t so pleasant. I hope you guys can fix this issue because she enjoys coming to you.

Never usually leave a review but almost came out crying. Was charged £35 pounds for infills and I could’ve done them better myself. They were messy, rushed, lumpy and all uneven/ different shapes and sizes. My nails burned and the skin on my fingers is so painful. Will never be going back there , could not recommend less.

I absolutely love coming here for my nails. They’re super quick, affordable and friendly and my nails always last 3+ weeks and don’t snap even when working on my car! They always make you feel very pampered and my nails always look exactly how I want them too. I often go in with a photo reference and come out amazed by how alike the nails look (I definitely don’t pick the easiest designs haha). I’ve been going here for quite a few months now and I’ll never go anywhere else, I just wish they did loyalty schemes! :)

Love this place my nails last so long and they are so friendly i just love this shop. I travel back to Plymouth just to have my nails done every 4-6weeks by them
