I have recently visited My Dentist on 2 separate occasions. The first was an emergency appointment through 111 My appointment was with Alexandra, she was absolutely brilliant. She wasn't sure if my tooth could be saved. Alexandra advised it would be 50/50 but she managed to save the tooth, which I was very happy about and more importantly pain free. I was so happy with the treatment I received from Alexandra and the dental nurse that I also booked an appointment for a clean and polish, again with Alexandra and I am so happy with the end result that I have booked a 3rd appointment for further treatment. Alexandra is a credit to your your practice. I must also say that the reception staff are absolutely lovely always smiling and happy to help.

Thank you Kate (the manager) for giving me a second chance to have my teeth clean thoroughly.Please hire more hygienist like her.I would like to say about Amanda your receptionist for assisting me to the highest level of her effort.From Jade

Practice had removed me from their books WITHOUT any warning or communication despite having a 5 year policy and my last visit having been well within 5 years.Charlotte on reception was very pushy for me to have a private appointment even though I had explained why that was impossible for me given current circumstances.Charlotte was unable to let me speak with a manager due to the manager being on annual leave and insisted I speak via email, I explained I would rather speak via telephone and asked when she would be back, she again pointed me towards contacting via email.Charlotte's ability to deliver customer service is not at the standard of which I would expect from any professional establishment. She demonstrated a clear love for her own voice and an inability to listen in full before interjecting with her response.

After struggling to get into a dentist since Covid, I decided to go private and try this branch of my dentist.Luckily they had availability and my dentist was nice.The only thing that actually really frustrates me, is that any bookings need to be paid up front. There’s no trust in the customer here from what seems.Affording to pay up front for a future appointment is affordable for me and I’m sure many others. But traditionally I’ve always booked and paid on the day of the appointment. In my view, you should trust all customers to pay and show up for their appointments. If they don’t, then force them to pay to reserve. On the flip side, I have no guarantee that if I book 6 months ahead and pay before, that you’re going to be there and not gone bust. So this is a big frustration for me and I’m sure many others.Please sort this out as it’s actually put me off booking any future treatments with you.

I've been going to my hygienist Julie Pavey for 3 years now.My teeth were in a bad way after a lot of health issues.I never thought I would get to the place I am am now with my teeth.Julie is amazing ,she is so professional, thorough, honest but also kind and caring.So a big THANKYOU to Julie and Gemma for all your hard work.Thankyou Julie and her dental nurse Gemma.

Since I've been a patient with mydentist, I have felt so reassured and safe in the hands of Shay & Carrie.It's never exactly a date in the diary I'm most excited about but Carrie was very caring and Shay is a fantastic dentist!Two great members of staff!

I was seen here as an emergency patient and then had further treatment. I was fortunate to be treated by Laxmi Hegde. She puts you at your ease explains everything as she goes and is so gentle! I had to have a tooth removed and was dreading it but she was great. I have no hesitation in recommending her for any of your dental needs!. All the staff are good too, the dental nurse and receptionists are all friendly and helpful.

I've been with this practice for quite some time and generally they have been pretty good for my needs. However, I must review on this occasion when I called this afternoon at 4pm and waited for 20 minutes on the phone only to be cut off instantly without speaking to anyone. Surely you can imagine my frustration and disappointment with the service. I understand that possibly I wasn't cut off deliberately and the receptionist perhaps inadvertently pressed the wrong button or something. Whatever the reason, it still wasn't a good experience and it must be said that sometimes the practice doesn't always get it right. By the way, I only wanted to cancel an appointment which, I guess, I will have to try another time.

I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, but had to make an emergency appointment through 111 for a lost filling. The dental team I had (Dentist called Alexandra and her nurse Sarah) were absolutely fantastic. I felt at ease, they told me what they were doing any way, constantly checked I was okay, and even supported me through having numbing injections which I'm usually scared of.Easily the best dental team I've ever been seen by.
