I was very happy with the service. The lady who helped me was polite and friendly .and even took a picture on my phone of the ring I brought so I could show my sister who brought me it but is unwell so I could show her which one I picked .

A good experience. The item I wanted wasn't held in store but I saw it on their website and was able to order it delivered to the store with no obligation to buy. An email was sent when it was available, the staff at the Wellingborough branch found it very quickly when I went in & the item was exactly as expected from Hinds website.

My 8 year old daughter came to have her ears pierced. The staff were relaxed, friendly and helpful. My daughter was excited and yet nervous and they handled her with care and patience. The gentleman who performed the piercing was clearly experienced and the whole experience was very smoothly executed leaving my daughter happy and smiling albeit a few tears. I will definitely be returning here if my other daughter decides that she would like her ears pierced.

So a few weeks ago I went to look at there ring selection the lady I doubt with was very helpful. However, twice now I have doubt with another lady who is rude/blunt. Today I returned my ring as I brought another one online and she was very miserable about it, after the refund she asked me why didn't I go to them? I told her that the customer services is appauling in this shop. I went to h Samuel's and they gave me so much advice. Would NOT recommend!
