Came on holiday and my dog kept being very sick, the vet saw her same day as I rang and gave her medication, she is now much better. Cannot thank Richard and his team enough, they are so polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing advice and help. Thanks once again.

Not cheap, but then which vet is? Total confidence with Richard the vet who's totally thorough and follows up with you, in fact, i haven't got a negative to say about this practise, whether it's rhyl or prestatyn , been with them since the original practise in Rhyl with Mr Bell .

This friendly practice is not my regular veterinarian, but they kindly helped me out with a compatable 2nd vaccination for my puppy, they gave her a health check too.They fitted me in straight away, and they were professional friendly thorough and fair with their charge. What more could you possibly want from a vet! 5 Star service, and very happy to recommend this practice.

Great vets, they actually care about the animals. They have one of the best vets working for them... ELIZA. we have known her for many years now and she really listens to you and talks you through options. I would trust her 100% to do what's right for the pet. All pets are very lucky to have her on board. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

We took our dog in as she was breathing rapidly and struggling. Admittedly she was 12 years old with a known heart condition which we told the vet and she had access to our home vet records.The diagnosis was potential food poisoning and she was provided with an anti sickness injection and some mild pain killers and told me to keep an eye on her.Roll forward 5 hours and the condition got progressively worse and I’m sat in an emergency vet clinic (different company) signing euthanasia papers as our dogs heart was failing.The misdiagnosis meant our dog was left in pain for a further 5 hours and I was left having to make a dreadful decision at 11pm at night and my wife never got the chance to say goodbye.The real kicker is I paid nearly £80 for this poor service

Love the staff and the care given but two days in a row I have had to wait for my appointment (2nd day over half an hour). A call/ text to say surgery was running late would be great. Really haven’t got time to waste sitting in a waiting room.

Excellent practice lovely staff Brilliant Vets. Usually go to the prestatyn branch but could only get appointment at Rhyl . Can't fault them caring compassionate people. Would recommend. .

A massive big thank you going out to Lottie for looking after Rosie, our ageing diva of a cat went down ill over the past few weeks. Totally compassionate service, easy to take in diagnosis and as Rosie's the baby of the house, as and when the next time comes around which one day it will, I don't want anyone else but them treating her. Special mention to Teigan on reception, who put up with us while we were waiting!
