LR Defender BF Goodrich tyre punctured late the previous night. I didn't have a jack and had to leave car in a public car park overnight. Next day spoke to Wayne and one of his staff was with me in minutes! The van sent was fitted with every piece of kit to repair my puncture where I was parked. The fitter who was dispatched to do the job was friendly and very efficient. It is rare these days to find a firm as good as Pencoed Tyres!! Noone even suggested me doing a review, but the service I received was excellent, and I thought this review might help others find the right place to go if they find themselves in a similar situation.
