Liz Morrell Funeral & Life Celebrant

Liz was the celebrant at my mums funeral . She had met with us previously ,to discuss what mum was like as a person and she was genuinely interested.The funeral service was beautiful and will be a lasting memory in our family.On what was a very difficult day, Liz made it bearable with her respectful and gentle delivery.Thankyou Liz.

Liz delivered the ceremony at my dear Mum's funeral in December 2021 and she did so in both a professional and compassionate way. Prior to the service Liz had met with my Dad and I and we went through my Mum's life and her likes / interests, and this was also done very tenderly. We had been recommended to use Liz by Arthur Worsley Funeral Services, and are really pleased that we did so.

Lisa was both professional and sympathetic especially as my mum was struggling with the funeral. Her words at the service were exactly right and her advice regarding the content and music made it much easier for us all. Highly recommend Liz

We very sadly and suddenly lost someone very special to us and Arthur Worsley’s put us in touch with Liz Morrell, funeral celebrant. We spoke on the phone for quite some time and I could talk freely about our loss and what mum meant to us, I felt at ease and Liz was very sympathetic and understanding. The funeral service, all be it small due to circumstances in the world at the minute, it was perfect! Liz made it very personal for all of us and spoke about mum with much affection, there were so many comments made after the service which were all positive and everyone spoke highly of Liz and her approach to all the family.If I was in the unfortunate position again where I needed a celebrant I would most definitely be requesting the services of Liz again. We are very grateful for everything she has done for the family.

I can highly recommend Liz. She recently led the service for my mother's funeral and everyone said afterwards what a beautiful service it was.Liz spoke to both my brother and I beforehand by phone and she was very kind and reassuring, giving us the sense that everything would go well and that we could rely on her.Om the day she greeted us warmly at the Chapel.The service was more than we expected and it is obvious that Liz Morrell is a very experienced and caring Celebrant, allowing us to feel that our mum's life had indeed been celebrated with warmth and compassion.

Liz took care of the service for my dad's funeral on the 12th October 2022 and it was everything that we as a family wanted. When we met with Liz she was very thoughtful and listened to our memories of dad and reflected those memories in a fantastic tribute and service for dad.

Liz conducted our daughters funeral this week. We couldn’t have had anyone better. Confidant and yet sympathetic, she related to our pain and the bereavement of the mourners. Liz is a lovely person, recommended to us by our funeral director, Arthur Worsley’s in whom we have every confidence, so we knew she would be good. She is very professional and aims to celebrate a life. We feel she achieved this in difficult circumstances.

We sadly lost our mum in May. Liz was great and really supportive. She spoke about my mum as if she knew her and gave a beautiful reading that i know my mum would have loved. Words mean so much more when your grieving and i can't thank you enough Liz for a truly lovely service x

Liz conducted my dad's funeral on 20th June 2022. The service was lovely. Liz told my dad's life story perfectly and in such a way that it was almost hard to feel sad. Everybody commented how nice the service was. From meeting her at my brother's home to the end of the service she was amazing (even running out of the crematorium at the end with orders of services that had been left in case people wanted one and had left it behind) Thanks Liz.
