Oh dear. How not to run a business. First time I visited I was told “we don’t let anyone in 30 minutes before closing” and was stopped entering despite it being 35 minutes before!!! Staff on my return were unhelpful, they have none of the catering products Hyperama had. Won’t return.

Have repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their system, and for them to stop sending me promotional, spam texts. Yet, I receive them to this day. Extremely unprofessional, as well as illegal under the GDPR.Edit: To add salt to the injury, they have now also started sending me promotions on Whatsapp. Lord have mercy!

On entering we was greeted with questions about the business and felt like they are pushing away old customers but we chose to enter regardless and basically now since the change of ownership it Offers nothing that you can’t get elsewhere from other wholesalers, hypermania was much better as it sold everything dhamecha currently sells plus everything else a catering business would ever need, also staff look unfriendly and unapproachable. Slow payment system, messy car park, and potentially dangerous entrance and exit point as it’s only big enough for 1 vehicle at a time and is blind for drivers of vehicles to see each other. Anyway, won’t be going back.

It's sad to see the old business, Hyperama, go away. This once used to be a really good business to buy goods. Its a really nice place just to pick up oriental food and grocery goods, which attracted a lot of people. Now however its gone downhill. Staff were kindve unfriendly and things have gone super super slow. Genuinely feel bad to the people who lost their jobs at this place.

Such a worst cash and carry .You need to check the dates before purchasing most of the products are short date.Especially the customer service is worst always talking in there own language looks mocking the customers.

Very friendly staff and Prices are very competitive compare to other cash and carry. Stock availability and range of product much better then rest of cash n carry.

At last! Dhamecha is now trade only. I will not see my customers when i shop. The way it should be for supermarkets like mine. If the store is anything like the others and I'm sure it will be you will do really well in this area. Keep up the good work Dhamecha!

Not sure on other reviews as to why. A lot of the staff are the same and I was well greeted and quickly given a new membership. Unfortunately as an Oriental food trader everything I wanted had pretty much disappeared. No fresh produce, no imported food stuff. I now have to use Bookers and Asiana. Hyperama was always my first choice. I don't understand why they cut off a large chunk of their trade, I hope they rethink their business plan.
