Superb service, I'm so pleased with my new glasses, Ian and the staff are all very professional and extremely helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have been going to this opticians for many many years. Very friendly staff all around. They have sorted out many pairs of glasses for me and contacts too. Time it takes to prepare the glasses or order the contacts are quick and they tell you immediately when you can come by and pick them up

I visited Templeman opticians today after being dissatisfied with a recent prescription from a well known High Street opticians.. A friendly greeting upon arrival from Caroline on reception and what a totally fabulous team they have working there I haven’t had such a thorough eye test anywhere… They take the time to speak to you listen to your needs nothing was to much trouble good old fashioned quality service carried out by an optician that knows exactly what he is doing and takes his time putting the customer first..After the eye test everything was explained to me I was able to ask questions and make my own choices.. The lady that showed me the glasses took her time to listen to what I wanted spent time talking to me about the different frames and again guiding me but letting me make my own decisions .. I left over the moon it’s not often nowadays that people spend time talking to you and making you feel special… I’ve read some of the negative reviews people have written on here and wonder if they’ve actually been to the same place.. I will have no problem in recommending this opticians to my friends and family .. Keep up the great work and service guys it’s 5 stars from me ..

First time using for my elderly parents. Took time to find the best solutions for both of them. Nothing too much trouble. Very impressed.

Fantastic service, they were amazing with my two year old and had a great choice of glasses for her.

This opticians benefits from being situated next to ASDA. Large car park with disabled parking. Also if any of the shops do not have a wheelchair access toilet, then asda does

The initial prescription was totally wrong, when I collected the glasses the lady said I would get used to them, even though I said I felt dizzy and was falling to one side and had to hold on to the table. I didn't. Eventually I was seen by Mr Templeman who agreed the prescription was wrong and the glass used was too heavy. When I collected the new glasses all I was asked to do was read a piece of text, they weren't checked for weight or comfort. The nose pieces still pinch. I can't take the weight on my nose for more than twenty minutes. Now I still can't see to read text unless I lift the glasses off my nose and peer through the bottom 5mm of the lens. I have wasted time and money going there, never again. They don't even deserve one star for the treatment I received.
