Please don’t go to this university if you want some mental peace this university is greedy all they want is money, they don’t care about your education, or your well being. All they want is Money!! Staff are very incompetent in dealing with queries. Waited near 12 weeks for a transfer to take place from full time to part time. Decided to leave the university!!! But they are still charging me for a full time course and now they asking for more money even though I didn’t even attend the university following and during the transfer. Don’t know in which world this fair, where you don’t use their services and still pay for it! Chased different departments multiple time over the course of couple of years no help from anyone. So, please if you can avoid going to this university.. No body here cares or listen. And “Wolverhampton university is not “the home of student opportunity” it’s a havoc, chaos and greedy university. AVOID AT ALL COST!

If you got disability issues don’t bother seeking support, you can discuss your issues in front of everyone and don’t bother about confidentiality. Also when applying for well-being support it takes ages for response and if you bring evidence for staff to upload it doesn’t show up on the app. Teacher are okay but it will be better if teacher consider people way of studying. I was advised to start my assignments early eventhought I am not ready to start it yet as I am still struggling with it. What’s the point of disability support if you’re unable to offer it faster. You’re on your own in this university.

I was so excited to start a MSc with the university (via online learning) but it turned out to be a disaster. The course is set in a way that you are truly on your own, to the point where you could just do this course by reading yourself and not paying the course fees. No interaction with your tutors, no feedback and you have to wait a while to get a reply to a query. There is a lack of passion from the uni for you to do well. You don't feel part of something or even welcome. When a few of us left the course 6-7 weeks in, we didn't even get asked 'what is wrong, or what can we do better'. If you like the non-personal style of studying fine but otherwise wouldn't recommend this uni I am sorry to say. In contrast moved to a different uni, studying an online MSc and wow already feel welcomed and part of the course and uni - lots of engagement from the staff/tutors.

Don’t go to this university. The uni offers no benefits to you. The staff are rude and are very unhelpful! Like proper rude in general. It can take weeks for a reply from any member of staff here, with the reply either telling you to contact someone else or some other useless information. Staff would rather defend themselves & argue than help or accept responsibility. The courses are not intellectually challenging at all and in some classes, you can be pitted with apprentices who work within a particular subject area, who know all of the content, but then for people who are doing a degree, they are left behind with no clue about the work. The uni offers very little social opportunities as well as Wolverhampton. The only reason I went here was due to this uni being the closest. It certainly is NOT worth £9,250 a year to go to this university, as compared to other uni’s in the country such as in London.

Now that it is all over and I have graduated, let me get straight to the point: DO NOT GO TO THIS UNIVERSITY IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF! NOTHING is worth your sanity, mental health and wellbeing! I only came here because at the time, many universities did not accept a Triple D* BTEC for Pharmacy even if you had exceptional GCSE results to back it up. I wish I did another course at UOB or Aston because the neglect and mismanagement of this unievrsity makes me wonder why they even exist.Despite having a faculty for wellbeing, they do not care for you. I had a therapist under the funding of DSA and my university were VERY WELL aware of my mental degradation. What was their response? Contact wellbeing" this was always their response. Professors didnt care
