Advice to prepare the flat prior was spot-on, the photos/description were great, they got far more people through the door than expected and secured multiple offers ahead of our own expectations. They continued to support the sale through conveyancing, prevented wobbles and ultimately got the flat sold at the initially agreed price in a relatively quick time frame.
