Bathwick Tyres - Team Protyre

First thing, the only place in Devizes I would trust with my car. Ryan, Sam and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic and always have gone above and beyond for me even when we’ve come across some difficulties with fitment on wheels etc. Recently fitting a new set of wheels for me along with sourcing the wheels bolts to fit correctly. They also put my old wheels on another set of tyres to be sold! Thanks guys!

Terrible place. They leave people stranded. My mother, rang up 3 weeks before her MOT was due to make an appointment, finally getting a date 2 days after it ran out. The garage was going to replace a wing mirror at the same time. On the day the car was in the garage, at 3.00 p.m. a message was left on my mother's answer phone saying they had run out of time and could not see to the vehicle. As it was Christmas my Mum was away so the car was not really needed, so it was collected and garaged at home. Re booked for 4th January . Phone call ,again on answer phone, today 3rd cancelling appointment and informing her that they did not know when the vehicle could be seen.My mother needs her car which now has no valid MOT. Another garage will have to be found to carryout the works which could take another week or two.The customer service is appalling. This is the last time we will use this place.I can see from other reviews this is a reoccurring problem with Bathwick.

I've used Bathwick Tyres (Devizes) multiple times and I am always impressed by their ability to get the car seen quickly. They are always friendly (on the phone and in person), helpful, and efficient. Would recommend highly.

Can't fault them! They have come to rescue twice this year when I have needed new tyres and have been able to fit me in the same day. Always friendly and always realistic with timescales.
