John Loyn Car Sales

BUYING: I bought a car from this garage, firstly we shook on a deal, I turned up with the cash later that day and they put the price up!I should have walked away then but really liked the car.AFTER SALES: A few days later the car developed a fault with the Turbo breather hoses?? I called the garage and they reluctantly booked it in to be looked at by a garage that they use (in the next street)REPAIR WORK: I won't bore you with the details but the car had to go back time and time again, the back-street garage they use to do their repairs are absolute cowboys! ...(keys and coffee mugs on top of your car etc)meanwhile, I had no courtesy car and the fault was never rectified! In the end I paid to get the work done at a decent garage!THE STAFF: John Loyn is quite an arrogant cocky kind of bloke, his brother is a bit more polite but neither like to help when things go wrong and they soon become unpleasant.If you do buy a car from this place you have to prepare for the fact that, should the car develop a fault, you are on your own!

I Bought a Blue Audi A4 from these guy's.When I picked up the car I noticed the Timing Belt change was overdue. Soon as I mentioned this we arranged from the timing belt to be changed at a local garage.A Few Weeks later the EGR Cooler quite literally Blew up.Given the car was still under the 3 month Warranty the Part was changed without issue.I've got to say this place has not put a foot wrong when it comes to Both Sales and After Sales.If I do need to get another Car in the future I will come back.

Great garage especially for someone like myself When I was a first time buyer. Strongly recommend visiting in the week and asking for Matthew- he is very helpful. The great thing about the garage was the continued support after the sale!
