Excellent service from all involved. We had great communication from the office, the movers were friendly and courteous and the packing and safeguarding of our furniture was the best move we’ve had yet (9th move).

Similar experience to Ms Parmiter. We rang, were told that someone would get back. We chased up later and were told that there was no record of the call. The 'customer service' person was neither apologetic nor co-operative. We decided that they didn't give us confidence so we have not proceeded.

A great service from start to finish. From the first phone call to arrange a quotation through to the move and even the follow up courtesy call. All staff were professional and courteous throughout from the office staff through to the guys doing the move. Everything was packaged well and not a single breakage (which surprised me). Would I recommend, the simple answer is YES.

I rang up two weeks ago asking for a quote times got changed then I was told I’d get a call back about the friyday but did not so rang in agin to be told I’d have to use someone else as there bloke is going be on holiday the week after what a joke 3 weeks of a run around il be glad to use someone else hope I don’t get treated this way
