We are a facilities management company based in Kent, we contacted Cedarcare for some advice on a property in East Sussex, from our very first conversation, they have showed us nothing but pure professionalism and positive advise. Time was of the essence with this project, within 3 days we had a survey and full report back, works executed to high standard and to our expectations. Very good standard of work. Efficient and professional. Also did everything possible to ensure dust was contained in the work area and cleaned up at the end of the job. Made the effort to remove woodwork carefully so that it could be replaced if required without further expense. I was asked to inspect the work when finished and received a follow up phone call to check that I was satisfied with the work and the workers.

Avoid! The worst company ever! They have done awful job and not taking responsibility for it. They will ignore you when something will go wrong and won't refund for their terrible job. They have glued the plasterboard to the ceiling. After a week it starts lowering. They have done nothing to prevent collapsing. After a month ceiling collapsed. Luckly no one get injured. I have asked for a refund. They ignored my phone calls and emails. Apparently they are a specialists so they SHOULD know you can not glue the ceiling!!!Terrible customer service! Awful job done!I do not recommend it!

Our experience was first class from two site visits to check what was needed and confirm the best way forward with a damp issue being caused to our tenants.Surprised to read other reviews because we found Cedarcare professional, responsive and helpful in talking through the different options they would suggest.

I have had mold growing around my bedroom walls for years and had another damp company carry out some works but with no results, however after Cedarcare's work the results have been great and the mold has gone! I am so pleased! They were lovely to deal with from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!

The worst company who hire cowboys to compete their works. There is too much to tell to go into the details..but I had a nightmare from beginning to end with the job, not being done properly and trashing my property in the process!I’d advise anyone not to use this company, even if they give you a cheaper quote do not use them!!!!!!!!Terrible company that should be ashamed to call themselves builders.

Charley and his team were fantastic! They helped out with understanding and fixing the rising damp in our property. We were quoted thousands of pound by other companies but Cedar Care did the job for a fraction of the cost. We had a tight time line as the property was about to sell and the work had to happen asap. Sandra had the certificate of works completed for us the next day. Can’t praise them enough for helping us out.

Cedarcare have been so helpful with sorting out all of my waterproofing problems at my new home.Their work was top quality and they took care protecting my home so I didn’t even notice there had been builders in my house!
