Perfect service and the team went above and beyond to help with a bike query we had in relation to another bike (not hired from Wheel Travel). Good value, and would definitely recommend this service!

Fantastic idea and fantastic service. I don't drive and my bike is too bulky to carry by train, so I was looking for a way to get around while away.Discovered Wheel Travel on the Sunday before travelling on the Monday to a place in Norfolk. They answered a couple of hours after my enquiry was submitted and I had my bike sorted within the hour, including a pannier bag so I could pickup groceries etc. They dropped it off to where I was staying earlier than arranged, which was great, and picked it up bang on time.

Amazing service ! We needed to rent a bike for a friend visiting Norfolk, the bike was delivered on time with lock and helmet and collected without any contact. Will use again their service without a doubt!

A wonderful service from Wheel Travel! We had a family holiday to Norfolk in September 2021. Wheel Travel delivered the bike directly to our holiday cottage on the requested day, complete with a helmet, puncture kit and complimentary sugar free sweets. Most of us had not been able to cycle for many years and we were therefore able to get back onto a bike and enjoy cycling as part of the holiday with no fuss! The hire rate was extremely reasonable.We all made good use of the bike, including my uncle who had not ridden a bike for 30 years, but he got back on it like he had only been on a bike yesterday and he enjoyed it the most out of all of us! My cousin who had never ridden a bike before actually learned how to ride one! We had children in the family also enjoying the cycle. The seat height was adjustable, so most of us could make use of the bike with our varying heights.One of my uncles had left the holiday early, accidentally taking the helmet home to London with him. Wheel Travel were very good in allowing him to post it directly back to them. When I had a problem with switching off the lights, it was very easy to get in touch via what's app to help resolve the problem using pictures and videos to demonstrate the issue and have it resolved very quickly. When I asked if I could extend the bike hire by 1 day as we had all enjoyed it so much, it was very easy to do so.Asked what the best thing of our holiday was - the cycle came out as a family highlight! Joanne from Wheel Travel came to pick up the bike on the last day, by chance we met her. It was lovely to meet her and to let her know in person how much each and every one of us enjoyed the bike! From total beginners to those who had not ridden in years, every single one of us was so happy with the bike! Wheel Travel's service was wonderful and seamless! It was so nice not to have the hassle of bringing our own bikes and also to simply have the bike delivered and picked up from the cottage as if by magic with no fuss!The customer service and communication was fantastic from beginning to end! Thank you very much to Wheel Travel and Joanne, we plan to be back again and definitely get a cycle from Wheel Travel again this year!

Great hybrid bikes for riding around Norfolk. Helmets, bike locks and lights all included. Bikes are clean and well maintained and service was impeccable. We look forward to the next time!

Wheel-Travel are fantastic, we couldnt recommend them enough. The bikes are great, we did a lot of cycling over 4 days and they were trusty steers with good storage in panniers. Joanne and Lisa are really and really well organised as a team!
