Visited on Friday afternoon with my family. I must say that I have never tasted a better waffle in my entire life…. The pastry is soft, tasty and light, the pistachio cream is simply sublime. Most of it was stolen by my 2 year old who could not stop eating it… :)I also had the chicken strips and must say the quality of them is in a completely different league comparable to high quality restaurants.The solar decor and spotless environment add to the experience of being in a very comfortable and quality venue. A positive note also goes to the host and the staff who are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of their food.I also had a cappuccino which was abundant with Alpro Oat Barista milk (my request) and quality freshly ground coffee.Price wise we are in the realm of the exceptional value for money since the quality of everything is way above a normal coffee shop and prices are in the mid to low range. Highly recommended, it is a ray of sunshine in the heart of Coventry.I will be going soon again and so should you.

They have quite a lot of choices for the croffle. I tried the pistachio one and it was okay. French toast was decent. I like their latte. They have plenty of seats available and the place is pretty.

Absolutely wonderful café, if you want to go to a café true to one you would find in Korea, come here! Very aesthetically pleasing as well if you want Instagrammable pics

Croffle Bank is my favourite cafe around the area, for me the best coffee in town. The dalgona honeycomb latte in particular and the fruity bubble teas are my go to orders, the Korean fried chicken meals are delicious too, I didn’t know about croffles until I visited this place but I’m glad I found it! The tiramisu croffle is highly recommended and always really well presented. I often sit in as the interior is nicely designed and really cosy so it’s ideal to relax alone too or if you need to work. The staff are always polite and friendly and willing to help you if you’re stuck on ordering, and always keep the place clear of any dirty tables, you can also order from your table too which is helpful if you have limited mobility. Overall a lovely cafe which is worth a visit!

Amazing and lovely place. Myself and my brother randomly passed the place and thought we give it a go. Inside the place looks nice, clean, peaceful. You actually didn't felt like you in town center one of the most busiest road. I am coffee lover and must say this coffee was much better then Costa or Starbucks, full of flavour. Food very tasty ( I even took some for my family to home). Service was very professional and friendly. We received warm welcomed. Definitely will come back there.

Cosy and super friendly environment, we came with a 3yrs old and a 1yr old. Clear menu with lots of choices, my hubby enjoys the chicken stripes, my son loves all the fruits and drinks, I like the croffle the most. Plenty of seats, two floors and tables at the backyard, no problem to fit in a pushchair.Love it and we will come again.

Pistachio croffle was amazing. Loved it. They serve a croissant made into waffle , drizzled with maple syrup , topped with pistachio cream, fresh cream, vanilla ice cream and some fresh berries and grapes.I wanted to order a Korean bowl but one of the staff was extremely unhelpful. So I avoided giving them any more business.All 4 stars are for the taste of croffle . Else I would give a Less rating for that staff behaviour. The one serving was polite and friendly though .They have a lemon detox water in a corner and a small outdoor patio seating . Overall it’s a cute place with limited options.Croffle are a must try desserts.
