The best GP in the UK, I’ve lived all over from north to south changing GPS seven times, this has without a doubt been what every doctors surgery should be. They actually care. Shocker in 2023! Also, the online system is so extremely helpful.

Excellent service. When ever me or my kids get sick, we get the call from the Dr as soon as possible. If required, the Dr gives us a same day appointment. The staff is so kind and helpful.

Well, this was my very first day visit in Chappel medical centre and I had received exceptional service. The receptionist Carolyn was so amazing and she has done excellent job.

Received exceptional service from the pharmacist last week! After having a few health concerns I took to the internet and worked myself into a panic, however, Kiran helped answer all of my queries and provided me with reassurance! She was very attentive to me and was kind enough to help solve my issues efficiently. Will definitely be going back to her with any future ailments!

Unfortunately, today I had no choice but to visit my GP surgery. After having had a consultation over the phone about my painfull joints. While, I understand the receptionist work can be very difficult manybtimes, having to deal with and speak so many people on an hourly bases. Many of whom have limited to no understanding of the English language. Unfortunately for many people I'm your highly educated Hindu male with a great command of the English language and yet still suffer ignorant people like Tracey manning the reception this afternoon, who deemed it fit to speak to me ina belittling and condesending manner. With a crude tone and all the while getting stuck into her KFC meal box. Not professional at all. I definitely felt she thought I was an uneducated simple minded Asian male with no disconcerting feeling as to how her attitude would affect me. Disgraceful and wholly disrespectful at best.I bet if I had lowered myself to her level she would have called the police and dismissed my medical appointment plus lied that I was being aggressive and behaving in a threatening manner".It was better when people exhibited their racial dislikes openly before. Now they hide and exhibit it in marrid of different ways. People forget that I grew up with racial abuse in all corners of uncivilisation Britian. And know when someone is being taically narrow minded."

Reception staff marie and tracy were exceptional with a vunerable adult was in a very difficult situation. Reception Staff showed compassion and understanding alongside there other duties as receptionist when free was trying to help suggest other solutions that was explored by vunerable adult. Dr Dean was very supportive and understanding a few days previously.

I had an excellent service at Chapel Medical Centre. Portia conducted my blood test with efficiency, professionalism and charm. She is a first class practitioner. The receptionist was courteous and helpful.All in all, a splendid service at an excellent centre.

Excellent team of doctors and majority of staff members. Very professional and caring. Difficult to get through to appropriate teams because not enough staff. More phone consultations should be available. E forms not always practical or suitable for medical issues

It is incredible how painlessly and carefully blood was taken from my vein! An extremely radiant and smiling nurse. I would gladly do it every day with such a staff! Thank you !
