Wander Beyond VW Campervan Rentals

We have just returned from a week away in 'Black Beauty' doing a little tour of Scotland. Cam made the booking process easy and James made the handover easy and straight forward. They were on hand with any questions we had as this was our 1st time campervanning. Black Beauty was kitted out well and we had everything we needed ( we had extras that you could hire out, Awning, Electric camp shower, Toilet etc) Although we didn't use the awning due to not staying in one place long enough. I'm sure it would be an excellent addition to the footprint of the van.Highly recommend the company and glad we could support a local compamy

We hired Black Beauty after our own van broke down 20 mins into a weekend away that was all booked and paid for. Cameron turned the van around for us at really short notice and was there to meet us within a couple of hours of us phoning to book. We couldn’t fault the entire experience at all - he gave us a detailed and efficient run through of all of the features so that we could drive away confidently and still enjoy our weekend. 100% recommend, thank you Cameron.

We hired Mary Jayne for a week in September. The Wander Beyond team were very professional and made sure the van was prepared to a high standard. The team took the time to explain the working of the van. Unfortunately one of the gas hobs were not working but luckily we took our own camping stove with us. Wander Beyond are exactly as advertised. All in all a good experience was had.

We had an absolutely brilliant time in the campervan. The whole process was so straightforward and Cameron was really helpful. He spent time showing us how everything worked and gave us pointers on how to pack things away to look after the van and equipment and you can tell he does this, the vans are really well looked after, beautiful interiors, really comfy and drive brilliantly.Wander Beyond have been going for about 10 years, and you can tell. They really know what they're doing and provide an excellent service.Definitely recommended!Can't wait to book the next one!

Super experience at Wander Beyond. The quality of VW Campers was outstanding. Ours was virtually brand new. Hand over process very thorough all within current Covid restrictions. Also had ongoing support provided by Cam & Jack during a week. Will certainly rent again from this company. Keep up the great work.

We hired Eleanor for a 3 night break in Yorkshire and we had a great time!The van was clean and well presented with everything we needed for our weekend away, a fridge that holds just the right amount of beers for a night in along with bacon and eggs for the next morning’s breakfast, a small gas cooker and a sink for washing up. The space is great for two people with a pull out bed and a pop top so the tall people in your party can stand up, although might be a little bit cosy for four adults, and there is loads of storage for clothes, boots etc if you want to go hiking while you’re away.All in all we can’t fault the service from Wander Beyond or the van itself, in fact we’re in the process of looking at buying one ourselves after our trial run. Excellent! Highly recommend.My wife and I took one of the camper vans down to Devon for a long weekend. Pick up was smooth, everything we needed was provided and everything we needed to know was explained. Van was easy and comfortable to drive (6hrs each way), and was then warm and bed comfortable for the night, even though we had high winds on the beach campsite. Fitted kitchen was more than enough for morning coffee and eggs.Will definitely use Cameron and Wander Beyond Campers again.

I hired 'Black Beauty' from Cameron for a weekend away with my young son.From start to finish Cameron was a really great guy to deal with. A very professional , but also amiable guy who is clearly passionate about his business.On pick up day he was there to greet with a big smile and gave me a complete handover with the van, I felt confident after it that I could take it out with my 4 year old boy. I chose to drive to the lake District which wasn't far but as it was a maiden voyage for us a beautiful place to go and had the best weather the UK has given us thus far in 2022.The van itself was kitted out with everything you would want for a break away. I was a camper van novice but we had all the comforts of home.In conclusion, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Cameron again for all the reasons above.
