Arron Murray Car Repairs VW Specialist 24/7 vehicle recovery

Recently had my Passat timing belt and water pump etc job done. Great service and a pleasure to deal with Arron and Elizabeth only disappointment was no pretty ladies sunbathing outside as other reviews had mentioned. All I can say is if Carlsberg were to start VW specialist garages this would be the template. A small piece of County Down forever Danish. Thanks see you soon as I need another Passat done shortly.

Arron serviced the gearbox in my car and he was a gentleman to work with. He booked me in and gave me a time for collection making it easy to organise my work day around. The lady in the office was very helpful and welcoming also. All round top class service! Highly recommend!

Fantastic. Highly recommend.Very friendly atmosphere while very professional and knowledgeable.Two previous mechanics beforehand failed to find the problem, I rang Aaron and he took the car straight away that moment, found the issue and sorted it out within a couple of hours. Very reasonable price too.

Absolute disgrace of a service. Aaron's mother will tell you that Aaron will get back to you in a few days, then a few days later you'll follow up to get an update and she'll go completely mad, curse and shout at you. I wouldn't let these people change a bulb in my car after the service I received from Aaron and his mother. Stay clear

After being recommended to Arron, I phoned up and was able to get in with him on the same day for component removal and wasn’t a problem to him at all and couldn’t fault him one bit from the amazing customer service while we sat and waited, we were very happy and the work was done within 30 minutes and we were back on our way. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if ever needing work done.Thank you Arron and also his amazing mum for the coffee & water :)

Contacted Arron to take a look at my car's automatic dsg gearbox. On arrival he was very attentive and checked the car over. He came to the solution to the problem quickly and even though he was busy, he took into consideration the distance I had travelled and offered to fix the problem there and then. Amazing service from a civil man and will definitely be back for future work when needed! Highly recommend Arron, very experienced, knowledgable and has the best of equipment to suit any VW audi or skoda.

Left my Passat in with Aaron! Top professional! Had the car off road for months as it needed a number of jobs done to it! Aaron explained in detail what it needed and had the car running like new again! Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed! Will definitely go back!

I left my car into Arron as there were 3 fault lights showing. After trying to get through to him on both office and mobile I finally spoke to him 6 days later when he informed me he had turned my car on, noticed the fuel light on so moved onto something else. After having the car for 12 days I managed to speak with him on two occassions. After the 12th day I rang and spoke with his mother/ receptionist amd told her I was collecting the car to go elsewhere. I was told no one would be in until 3pm (this was a tuesday). Having arrived I was presented with my key and awaited a bill of some sort. When nothing came I asked had he done anything to the car, to which she replied no, he didnt get to it. Its only him you know.Firstly, do not take on work you cannot do in a timely manner, secondly, inform the client if you havent got round to looking at it as the vehicle would most probably be fixed elsewhere in a fraction of the time and lastly, have the common decency to answer the phone to customers!!!!Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!Oh and when I collected the car there was 40miles in the tank! Pathetic excuse and I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy*****edit following reply******Had I of known all it took to get a response was to write a review I would have done this much sooner!!!So thankful you had the decency not to charge me for a diagnostic my own mechanic (who is unfortunately not an auto spark) had already done and I had informed you of the faults it showed!!

Called this business after a quick Google search when my car wouldn't start at a local garage on my lunchbreak. Arron suspected a flat battery and was with me within 10minutes, had me back up and running a few minutes later and refused to take payment!A very kind gesture that was much appreciated- I'll be sure to call in soon to return the favour in business.
