Great place fishing top class but ponds and fish need a brake to let fish revitalise. Toilets and tackle shop and cafe excellent top marks

Anyone looking for a short break away exc i HIGHLY recommend! the staff are amazing so helpfull so kind, lovely quiet place, very relaxing, food is BEAUTIFUL! Couldnt of had a better time, thanks to all the staff see you again soon.

Had a great time, the cabins are warm and cosy and the hot tubs are amazing.The on site cafe, the hidden gem, serves alcohol and food, both at very reasonable prices for the good quality. Would definitely recommend the gourmet burgers.The staff are all warm and friendly, and they make clear that take aways can be ordered up till a certain time in the night.The location is amazing with little else in the area there's nothing to create any unwanted noise. I choose to spend my anniversary here with my partner and I definitely won't regret it.

2nd Time we have stayed at Eden Grange we had an issue with the boiler in original pod booked, staff rang us before we arrived and changed to shepherd's hut. We had a pleasant stay disappointed no take aways allowed as menu from restaurant was very limited, being the time of year probably. Shepherd's hut was comfortable clean we loved it. Hot tub was great apart from we couldn't stop lights flashing bit annoying but not a game changer, probably a switch somewhere couldn't be bothered to look.Fire pit we feel would be better hard standing instead of grassed area as very muddy with it being wet. Would it be better to have better lighting throughout site? I like there's very little light pollution especially on clear nights. Wife would of like fairy lights in the trees lol Xmas vibe, to each their own I guess. Would any of the issues stop us from visiting again NO, staff were very pleasant, think next time fancy trying snowdrop.

Beautiful location situated near a pond and secluded by trees.Perfect for a getaway..very very relaxing.Would highly recommend..and will be going back that's for sure.

We stayed a few weeks ago and our stay was OK. The reason for the 1-star review is the food standard. For dinner, we ordered the 'gourmet burger' and paid £20 for two, the standard of the burgers was shocking.The next day we were excited as on check-in we spotted a Costa-style coffee machine. We ordered two Cappuccinos and two bacon sandwiches, the coffees we received were the sachet coffees you get in a box of 10 for a pound and they charged £3 for the privilege. The bacon looked like it hadn't seen a grill, was limp and both did not touch it, we both paid and left. We then went somewhere else for breakfast and was half the price and 1 million times better.This wouldn't be an issue but they make it clear on check-in that no takeaways are allowed.We would not come back here even if they paid us. The accommodation is nice but for £180 was expecting better!! Stay away from the food!!

Went for a one night stay with my husband. We booked the poppy pod as this is pet friendly. All fenced in so dog couldn't escape and nice and private. Collected key from on site cafe and the staff go through all instructions etc with you. We had a slight problem with the electricals, called a member of staff and they fixed it straight away. We didn't get to try the food as unfortunately they stop serving early and don't serve until 10am for breakfast. Pod was immaculate. Cosy and clean. Bed was really comfortable. We paid for the fire pit package which was handy (although no lighter provided so make sure you take one). Lovely little place with nice views. Highly recommend and we will deffo book again!

Had a lovely night stay for my partners birthday! Host was very attentive and she helped with all my questions. Food was good, particularly the Full English Breakfast! The hot tub was spectacular, lovely and private and at the perfect temperature! Would 100% stay again.
