I asked for a plant-based milk and was given dairy, which I can't have. People with allergies, watch out!!Aside from that, staff seemed to be chatting a lot behind the counter instead of making drinks.I normally love Starbucks but won't be returning to this one.

4 staff serving and not a smile between them! The female assistant who took the order gave no eye contact, no smile and I seemed an inconvenience to her. The male Barrista was the same and slammed one of my cups down in front of me. I don’t like the American style of ‘have a good day’ customer service but a smile, an interest in the customer and politeness are not too much to ask for. You are the face of Starbucks - I won’t be visiting again.

Clean and refreshing to go an a hot summers day. The staff were helpful and friendly and I got my order within 5 mins despite it being busy.

Great tasting coffee, wanted to order the caramel brownie Frappuccino but it’s no longer on the menu. I was served by a lovely woman who came up with a drink that tasted almost exactly the same. It’s great to see someone who loves their job and has passion for what they do. Definitely deserves recognition :) nice warm atmosphere and fast service. Would definitely recommend getting your coffee from here(I didn’t catch her name but I hope she gets a praise)

Coffee was OK, maybe a little longer in the steamer but what gets me is the Complete and utter lack of atmosphere... this place is soul destroying. Staff have zero I Teresa in serving the customer, I approached the counter and although a server was ehind the till it took them 30 seconds to acknowledge our presence (not because they were doing anything else mind, just staring at the wall). This was my 2nd visit, pretty much as bad as the first (no lemonade for the cold drinks, was offered water as an alternative which would basically be strawberry squash for nearly £5!) and chance of there being a third outside of necessity are slim. Do better.

Visited on Thursday 9th Nov in the afternoon.Hopefully the member of staff who served me can be pin pointed. Great customer service, I ordered a toffee nut latte to be made vegan, unfortunately there was no vegan cream left and the guy serving me (glasses, bit of a beard,sorry I didn't check your name badge) gave me a voucher for a free drink as an apology. This was great, proactive customer service that you did see too often nowadays. Thank you

Came for a nice refreshing frappe and i get these regularly but this one asked for extra caramel too and a member called Holly made it and even bought it to my table i give 10stars even tho google only allows me to put 5 clean environment everyone in there own zone very peace-full just how everything should be

Nice coffee and service as usual! Toilet out of use, so went to use accessible toilet. Unfortunately no toilet paper, floor very wet with small bits of excrement.

I had a lovely experience at this Starbucks, all the staff were polite and friendly (even though they had drinks coming out of their ears) but in particular I was served by a lovely girl called Abby she was patient and kind and took my dairy allergy very seriously.
