Legend Deli's fairly generous vegan menu was a pleasant surprise, but their inclusive food options was unfortunately the only good thing about the place. They're clearly understaffed, serve overpriced, mediocre to bad food, in a not very flattering environment.We tried the Turkish Tempeh Halep and Satay Tempeh Burger, and got a decent sauce with tempeh bits in it, and a 'burger' made out of a hash brown and a very dry puck of too fried tempeh, served between two pieces of dry, crusty, bread.The only thing that's saving this review from a single star is the hard-working waiter that served us.

We have been meaning to go here for sometime now, after seeing all the positive reviews online. We went on Saturday at 12:30 and had a table booked, which turns out was a smart move! Even with outside seating people were turned away because the place was full! I had a special jerk chicken burger and the misses a saltbeef bap thing, plus we split a side of prawn & battered pork belly. The food was great and the service friendly but not overly familiar.For the food you get (freshly prepared) the price is more than fair.Pros - Good food - Good price - nice staff - independent local businessCons - small establishment (not an issue if you book like we did)

Their sunday roasts are just like your nans 11/10 totally banging, unless you were very unlucky and yours didn't know how to cook haha. The staff here are also very nice, helpful and really polite too. Definitely the best place in town to eat. Thank you.

This is the second time that I've visited Legend Deli. We went for a valentine's day lunch and was not disappointed. Fantastic food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. For what you get, as you can see from the the size of the hot chicken and gravy sandwich in the photograph, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality fantastic. Highly, highly recommend a visit.

Always a great place to eat, delicious food, friendly staff and owners. Absolutely recommended. Revisited again recently and as good as ever. The Walter White is a regular order, I want to try so many things but I keep coming back to it.

The quality of the food is second to none. The burgers are the best in the UK and it's so fresh! The kebabs are just brilliant. The bread is filled with flavours your mouth won't be expecting. The chef really finds a way to bring out the best in his food and it's well worth a trip to pick some up!! But don't forget the halloumi fries! Just amazing! If service is your thing, legend deli has it in abundance, always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much effort! Thanks for the hard work guys, I can taste it :)If it's a Sunday. Don't do the work yourself, get a roast delivered by these guys!!! Honest to god it's just amazing and I was so hungover I couldn't be bothered, turns up ready and you just have to fill your pie hole with this magic
