I have had several coaching sessions with Mary-Jo this academic year as a Head of department. Mary-Jo is excellent in terms of her knowledge and experience of all things 'people'. In our sessions she has excellent listening skills (she really makes you feel heard and listened to), her questioning opens up valuable unexplored lines of thinking and self reflection, and her advice is invaluable. She has encouraged me to look at things in different ways, and this has helped encourage me in many positive ways in my leadership role this year. I would definitely recommend her! She's spot on.

She enables me to think through situations/scenarios with clarity and focus and supports me to identify strategies to move forward in the most effective way.Coaching is something I look forward to as it’s my space to talk in confidence about any aspect of my work life that I need to give more time and thought to.
