Ordered some disc brake parts after I goofed and messed up my brake installation.Unfortunately DPD pulled up outside my house, spent ten minutes looking for the parcel and couldnt find it.Luckily, Adam at Tarty bikes was absolutely fantastic. The same day they sent out another parcel with the parts, next day delivery!I also later found out that they had refunded me the shipping charge (which they really didnt have to!).Absolutely brilliant service, wouldnt hesitate to order from these guys again.

On advice from knowledgeable friends, I wanted to get an Inspired Hex, but was somewhat daunted to discover that they have no North American distribution and the logical place to get one was therefore TartyBikes. You could not ask for a more professional or polished purchase experience. Tarty didn't have the version I wanted right away but informed me they had one about two days later, so I ordered it and it shipped three days after that. It shipped FedEx with insurance and the cost of that and brokerage and Canadian tax totaled to around 10% of the purchase price. FedEx is my favourite for such things as brokerage is reasonable and the tracking and package handling options at destination are good. The bike itself was perfectly prepared, with the Magura MT7s installed and properly bled, screws and axles pre-greased, the chain already at the correct length and even the tire logos nicely lined up with the rims logos. it took about 20 minutes to assemble out of the box and I am super happy with the whole experience. Now to ride!!

The best. Needed some help deciding which brake pads to get for my HS33 and rim combo. The salesperson on the phone was really helpful and took the time to help me out. Delivery was super quick. Thanks!

I've knowm Adam for several years but never had to actually use tarty bikes services till a month ago when I decieded to renew my bike.Despite my order wasn't exactly around the core product tarty bikes normally deals with, the service from tarty bikes staff was flawless and the support I have recieved with the bike since has been awesome!Loved the experience of being a customer for once! Absolutely brilliant. Can't say enough about these guys. 80 quid for a chain and rear derailer and quick service, reduced it down to 67. Nice guys too and will defo be using them again, even if Charlie is a Patriots fan. #finsup

Life saversI threaded my crank arm and took it to nearest bike shop. Was told I had to buy a new crank for £150. After spending hours looking on online for the cheapest one, I came across tarty bikes. I sent my crank to them on Tuesday afternoon and I got it back repaired on Thursday morning.In all, with delivery both ways I spent £26.Excellent job and much appreciated. I will recommend this company to anybody and everybody from now on.Thanks guys!

Epic guys both Ben and Charlie have been amazing help while my order was delayed due to outside factors like hope being hacked these guys kept me upto date and informed every step of the way and were simply the best customer service experience I've had in a long time would highly reccomend them and will be using them for all my future brake needs
