Brian, Isobel and Jennie have been a breath of fresh air for my whole family. The way they all play a part in caring for my father has really changed his attitude. Initially he didnt take to them but after 3 months of care we have all seen a change in him. He seems to be alot happier and often looks forward to seeing his carers. He particularly likes isobel, she is an outgoing bubbly soul that will light up any room she walks into and feel she has been instrumental in encouraging dad to open up more. These carers really have changed how he is day to day and I cant put the appreciation i have for them and the company into words. You have made a posetive impact on my fathers life and we (the family) are eternally grateful.

Had an appointment to discuss home care for a elderly person & didnt even turn up, waste of time & makes me wonder if they even would turn up for actual care, very unprofessional, wouldnt leave my loved one in there care

Worse care agency i have ever used sending untrained staff,forgotten to give medication or dropping medication on floor cancelling calls at last minute and no cares showing up my mother has to wear a vent 10 hrs a day sometimes carers only putting vent on for 9 hrs.not washing my mother properly.Dont use this company all the office staff lie for each other to cover their incompetence.The good reviews on here are fake and from staff who work at surecare beware of this company!!NHS continiuing health care took surecare off my moms calls due to how bad they are and due to numerous complaints from other clients and was talking abour surecare loosing the contract with them need i say more?

SureCare have been caring for my Nan for a while, they have always ensured that she has kept her independence and dignity and the carers have always been like true friends to her. Suffering with many medical problems, my Nan hasn’t got full mobility so without the carers at SureCare I don’t know what we would do at the times we cannot be there!
