Halfords Autocentre

After taking my car for new tyres and tracking done last week, 4 tyres replaced. Tracking not done as tracking bay out of use. Needed to go back Monday as 2 tyres needed valve replacement. Re booked for this Saturday to have tracking done. Was told to ring Friday to make sure bay was in use. Was told all ok and to come in Saturday morning as booked. Arrived 830 am as instructed only to be told tracking bay still not in use. Re booked for next Saturday. Third time lucky. Staff very apologetic but doesn't pay for my wasted diesel.
