I checked my eyes test every two years in specsavers for long time and every time i found something new and best i really recommend to everyone because the stuff is very professional and they do not waste your time even the glasses are cheaper compared to other companies.

Dreadful service, first time ever as they have always been so good in the past.Went in yesterday with my glasses as leg fell off only to be told they could not be repaired and I would be charged for a new frame. Best thing they could do was give me 50% off. I had the glasses for five months. Called this morning to check and this was reiterated. I’ll not use this company again if the glasses you get don’t even last half a year! Total couldn’t care less attitude also.

I have always had a positive experience at Specsavers Dundee in the 3 or 4 times I have been in and this week was no exception. Lisa Norrie examined my eyes and was extremely professional, thorough and friendly explaining everything clearly and with no feeling of time pressure etc. Thank you.

Visited 8 times the store for eyes. Every time they said to give more money to upgrade lenses. Finally after paying what ever they said, bow they say, U need to have two pairs of glasses "Such a greedy people/Doctors/Professionals.Never visit this again"
