Modern Air Service

We have used Modern Air a few times on various projects and can not fault the service from them. Good guys to work with, very competent and always happy with the work and price. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this service.

We had two A-C Unit installed recently by Modern Air. Matt was very helpful in finalising the project with good, helpful advice. Service is excellent , high quality and price quoted can not be beaten. Now We are planning to ask them to fit A/C Units in my lounge and conservatory and hope to write similar review after finishing the project. Highly recommend to use their services.

Matthew Morgan from Modern Air supplies excellent quality air conditioning units and gives very fair prices for installation as well as the unit itself. I purchased from Modern Air a few years ago and could not believe the difference the unit made to my top floor flat (which at best was at a steady temperature of 33 during the summer months) and with the air con I could actually breathe and do things inside again during the summer months. However during Covid-19 I was concerned about using my unit being in the shielded and vulnerable category - I asked Matthew Morgan for guidance and advice and he was able to clean, disinfectant, service and change the filters of the unit to ensure I could use the air con safely after a deep clean. I fully trust modern air and Matthew’s advice because of the great service I have always received from the company. I am now able to use my unit again safely - so I am able to stay cool during lockdown making a huge difference to how I feel inside. Finally decided on getting Air-con fitted! It's been the best decision I've made. The house was lovely and cool all through the summer. I highly recommend this firm they are extremely professional and courteous. I was out most of the day whilst the install was taking place and by the time I got home they were packing up and my house was spotless. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I enquired one evening (after working hours) via email and received a very swift, polite and helpful response. I was offered a free site visit the next day. It took a total of 72 hours from sending the email to having a fully installed air-conditioning unit. WOW!I've never had such impeccable service. Every team member I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. You'd expect such high quality service would come at a high price. However, the quotation was the best I received. I am so grateful to have found this company.
