The company was contracted to install cavity wall insulation. Prior to the work, there were numerous questions that were all answered promptly. On the day of installation, everything was carried out according to the specification. The guys worked quickly and effectively and cleaned up after themselves.

Had major damp issues with cold and condensation, it’s been 4 days and the walls internally feel dryer already. Had the old sparse insulation extracted and new insulation balls installed and glued. Workers were excellent and extremely tidy. Beat previous quotes too. Excellent

Extract Insulation provided a first class service, from start to finish. Their surveyor was very professional and thorough and provided detail specification as well as accreditation and quote. The extraction was expertly carried out with minimum disruption and the following day the new insulation was installed without a hitch. The quality of the work and friendlyness of the operators was exemplary. They also sent the required documentation to the local council as required. A first class job at a very competitive price, I would wholleheatily recommend them.

I had cavity wall insulation installed during Summer 2022. The installer worked so hard, non-stop from 9.30am to 15.30pm. They installed the newer bead-type material, which is much better than the old mineral wool stuff. They are a recognised CIGA installer and I have a 25 year guarantee. Now the autumn has arrived, I'm really noticing the benefit and I'm not having to turn my heating up as high as before. I'd recommend these guys - they're they did a great job at a very competitive price.

Extract Insulation did an excellent job of removing my old loft insulation and replacing with new. The two guys, who came to my house to do the work, were very courteous and hard working.If there had been less of the sheet type insulation they would have been able to use their special machine for removal but in my case this was not possible so they packed the old insulation in bags, which they sealed to avoid dust etc, before bringing them down from the loft. The installers also built a storage area and a runway which goes from one end of the loft to the other.Good company who turned up when they said they were going to and one which I would recommend.Rob Williamson

House used to be draughty and cold despite recent windows and doors. Cavity inspection confirmed that old insulation had failed. Tidy and courteous workers, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Immediately noticed an improvement after extraction and refill. Highly recommended.

The surveyor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had old beading removed and later installed new beading. The teams were very good at their work. The reason for not giving 5⭐️ was I felt that both teams did not fully understand the importance of clearance of rubbish.They did make an effort but I felt I was left with a lot of tidying to perform.Also not that VAT is on bead removal which was not clear at the quote

The guys were very skilled and dedicated and went out of their way to make sure everything was done and reinstated correctly. Damp problem has disappeared in a week. If you were wrongly advised by the government to install fibre cavity insulation in an older property and now have damp, get these guys out and they will sort it for you.
