Okay, only visited for breakfast. An old cinema house. Loads of interesting movie memorabilia doted about. Staff very attentive.

An excellent lunch in a beautiful setting. excellent service with special consideration for my littlest who wanted bread and butter instead of chips with her meal. Food well cooked and arrived promptly. I can highly recommend this fine establishment. Value for money and we would definitely come back again!

Very good range of breakfast food and you cannot get better on price. Extremely quick service too. Bottomless hot drinks extremely good value too at £1.69. This Wetherspoons has an added bonus in its venue being an old cinema with lots of the old decor still up.

Excellent Wetherspoons in a sympathetically converted cinema. Always busy. Outdoor drinking area at front and rear. Worth visiting

We stumbled across this Wetherspoons on our visit to Whitstable.. it was nice to see that the features of the former Oxford cinema are still visible, with pictures and equipment all themed according throughout. The ladies toilets were lovely and clean, the main bar area was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly too.We did not eat here so unable to comment, but did enjoy a drink. So, everything was set for a 4 or 5 star review... however; unfortunately it would appear that local youths frequent the pub and get up to mischief. You enter the building via the front outside seating area, once inside the large spacious 'lobby' area you can walk downstairs to the main bar area or up stairs either side to the main toilets.Youths were able to come and go into the building and straight upstairs as they pleased, evading staff. Once there it would appear they would take it in turns to go into the toilets, sit on the floor outside and drink and take drugs.Unfortunately for someone, they left their Cannabis on the floor in the toilets. Staff were informed and said they would deal with the matter. The behaviour of these youths is not what I want to come across whilst trying to have a leisurely drink; hence the 'It's ok' review....

Love a good spoonies and what is lovely is other than tables, chairs, carpet and menus the ambience in every one is different. What i loved in this one was the art deco feel with the art work around the venue highlighting the wonderful views of WhitstableWhilst here we eat a late breakfast muffin which was just delicious especially with an added potato hash brown and unlimited coffees all for under £10 you can't say fairer than that!

Beautiful building, lovely interior. Good food and service. Lift is available for those in a wheelchair but not suitable for those using a mobility scooter. Small scooters will fit in lift, but it is very difficult to get out/in on the lower (restaurant) level.
