We purchased a car from Caffyns Worthing in 2022. We were very impressed with everyone’s amazing professionalism and kindness. The reception staff are brilliant and so welcoming. The offer of a hot drink always at the ready. Thanks to Joe who sold us the car. Never pushy but informative and helpful. Whenever you ring the reception staff go out of their way to direct you to the right person. My last two visits for service and MOT Lewis has dealt with me. He is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to be helpful and explains everything well.Well done to the staff at Caffyns Worthing for brilliant customer service and great get sales service.

All car dealerships should be like this. Caffyns VW Worthing is not only very conveniently located but has proved to be excellent. We are on our second T-Roc from them and the service and support is great. I got a great deal in exchange for my last T-Roc and am loving the updated version even more.Each time I need to go to Caffyns (which is not often) they wash and valet my car and on my recent visit Lewis was very helpful and friendly.

My Seat was due a service and 1st MOT. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I was surprised how reasonable priced the bill was compared to a local garage which I used last year. I will be back next year.

Don't leave anything valuable in your vehicle during any service work as it will go missing". As per your reply yes you investigated and yes you consider the matter closed but I am still out of pocket for the missing item so less than impressed with your resolution"

I bought my Golf from new 9 years ago and have been coming to Caffyn’s ever since for maintenance and MOT. I particularly like their video taken during the inspections which can highlight any particular problems and their level of urgency. I would recommend this company both for their salesmanship and for their servicing and MOT’s. All 5 star

Exercise caution. My VW GOLF’s recent service cost approx £200. This money was saved within the VW service plan. I had recently cancelled this plan and lost ALL the money within it. More than £200! Caffyns say that it’s “nothing to do with us” (despite the fact that they sold it to me), and from a female service representative “well, you shouldn’t have cancelled it should you?” Not at all impressed with this side of customer care.

Came to Caffyns VW this afternoon after visiting a few car dealerships and had a variety of ‘welcomes’ ranging for being ignored to being told some were too busy and wanting to know why we hadn’t made an appointment! I walked out of a few without being acknowledged.Well VW were very different, greeted upon arrival, and then met Martin in sales, what a difference, Martin was welcoming, attentive and very understanding of my wife’s additional needs, he could not have done any more to make her feel at ease.Martin Harrocks is a real credit to Caffyns VW, thank you very much for your help today
