Absoutely waste of money and time. Took our dog to this place for an assessment. The lady was too frightened to look at our dog let alone handle him. He showed minimal signs of agression and soon was not bothered by her presence yet she would not touch him at all. I tried to follow her instructions but she was making me confused and was not directing me what I could do to help him focus.I was struggling to regain control and she did not help me at all. Absoutely not worth the travel or £45 it cost me. I asked for a refund or partial refund as i am completely dissatisfied and now she wont give me anything back! Scammer
