I've done my side extension with MAC Architecture - not only they provided me very quickly with all the drawings needed and an excellent building advice, but I also got my planning permission sorted. My wife and kids are happy to have an additional playroom. These guys know what they're doing. No issues with receiving planning permission. Many thanks

We are due to receive some stuctural engineering calculations from MAC Architecture and after we paid we received no updates. We have been trying to get in contact with the architect but none of our emails and phone calls are getting answered. After sending an email and mentioning I was very frustrated with the lack of communication, I tried calling once more and all my calls are now going straight to voicemails. This is very unprofessional and is delaying our builders.

Please stay away from these fraudsters. They are known for taking money for projects and running away without completing the job. Please read reviews from other clients on Yell and Bark who have had same pungent experience with them. This is a Micky mouse company with no trade knowledge. They submitted incorrect application drawings to start with. I made numerous phone calls and sent e-mails and after a month they corrected their mistake. Application was rejected by council due to incorrect proposal made by them that was outside permitted policy. I again chased them and received no call backs and responses to my e-mails. After so many requests, they charged me additional money to submit correct proposal but never did. Such an awful and traumatic experience. I have reported them to watch dog. I have all the correspondence to prove this feedback. All the best if you get influenced by their fancy website and fake positive reviews that they have got added on sites. I wish I could give them 0 stars that they actually deserve !!

I absolutely love doing business with MAC Architecture !! Me and my business partner have been using their services for a lot of properties around the UK including listed building consent. Paulina was amazing in defending our cases during the planning approval process. She won every single planning application for us and we will definitely continue to work together. I can 100% recommend her excellent level of work. In one case Paulina found out that our project wasn't in the conservation area, which the planning officer claimed that it was. Paulina was able to prove that it's not true and it saved us a lot of money for an additional report. I haven't found a better architect so far.Greg

They lack professionalism and will leave your project unfinished . I had most shocking experience with this company. They failed to return any calls or communication despite of taking money upfront. I shall warn everyone to be careful before choosing them as you will go through same bad experience
