The staff are extremely polite and respectful. When you make an enquiry no time is wasted in getting an quick answer back. This is important as a tenant you feel looked after. All the information on the tenancy agreement is concise and clear. I didnt expect a welcome pack and card signed by all the staff. In my world these small gestures mean a great deal. My heartfelt thanks goes to Amy and all the lettings team at the Southsea branch for making my move a pleasurable experience.

We initially interacted with Mark and Paul at Tully’s as buyers for one of their properties and were impressed with their efficiency and tenacity. When we had a number of sales fall through with another estate agent we decided to put our faith in Tully’s. We were not disappointed, they quickly got our flat back on the market and we had a very strong buyer within a few days. Mark and Paul were very proactive, communicating regularly with solicitors on both sides and the buyer, whilst keeping us informed of any developments. They were straightforward and honest, giving us useful advice when needed. We would recommend anyone looking to sell their property in Southsea to go and have a chat with Tully’s.

The staff were generally friendly on the phone. However, persistent issues weren't addressed, maintenance and others came into my flat without notice on more than one occasion and I was charged an extortionate amount from my deposit despite leaving it cleaner than when I arrived.Just be aware if you rent from here that you need to mention every spec of dust when you move in or you'll too be charged a huge amount of money.

Tully & Co Estate Agents gave me a first class service in the Sale of our retirement flat in Southsea even though I don't live in the Portsmouth area. There was no problem with communication being done via email and telephone. I highly recommend them.

I don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but I can't let things go on like this. My right to quiet enjoyment of my house was violated today at around 4 o'clock by a visit to my room without an appointment or entry with my consent. Additionally, it can be considered harassment under the 1977 Protection from Eviction Act.This is against the law and I won't recommend Tully & Co to anyone for this reason.

We had the pleasure of dealing with both Mark and Paul in the purchase of our new home, both were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the local area and about the property we were looking to buy, Paul had to work very hard to complete the negotiations necessary to complete the sale and brokered the process and communication very well resulting in all parties agreeing a sale. Very well done to Paul and Tullys for well managed sale. Would definitely use them for future sales.
