Franklin was great! spend a little over 2 hours with us to, running backwards and forwards to make sure we had the right boots even when he was supposed to be on his lunch break

Not too crowded, which was good. Begining to look a bit tired but not too bad after 20+ years. Food offering OK but could do with something other than the chains.

This shop was a breath of fresh air, all the staff were pleasant and very approachable , I was served by a young man called Franklin, who listened to my complex needs for the footwear I needed, he did not try to sell me the dearest , just what I needed, superb service

Bluewater has excellent shops & is always clean & tidy. The only issue is not enough space to eat when it is very busy.Snow & Rock was excellent. Will be returning soon.

Booked a 1130am gait analysis online and arrived early around 1030.Staff member Vincent attended to our appointment.After the gait analysis, he took time to explain the style of trainer that would suit best and then provided 3 different pairs to try on.He didn't rush us, even though there were other customers in the store, and gave his full attention to completing our appointment first.We bought a pair of trainers, and so far, very happy with them.Excellent customer service

Went in to buy some new trainers before starting marathon training and Charlotte was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain through all of the options available, put me on the treadmill for gait analysis and answered any question I had very professionally. She is an excellent team member, so thank you for your help and product knowledge.
