The staff here have gone above and beyond with an issue I had in regards to waste oil. I'd like to say a big thank you for your help today. Its refreshing to find a company that will go out of their way to help you.

Although I was initially impressed with PCWS when they visited my home to quote for garden drainage (Luke was a really nice and friendly guy), all interactions with them since then have been terrible. The quotation they initially sent me was incomplete and lacking detail, and when I asked for clarification they tried to slap on several extra charges (totalling £1000+, an increase of 60%!), even though all I was asking for was for them to provide the solution I'd initially asked for! When I challenged them on this, they decided that we have come to the conclusion that this job is going to be more hassle than it’s worth"

Was advised pick would be within 7 days. They arrived 2 days later. Joe who arrived was ver efficient and professional a credit to this company. Thanks

They have been a great customer of ours for many years now.The staff there are both friendly and knowledgeable, with helping with your needs.They have a great display area that customers can walk round, showing multiple pieces in colours so you get a better look.And they have a sample service.We highly recommend them with their quality and service.

After purchasing his first house my son found that the previous owners had left two oil barrels one which was completely full of waste oil, after several attempts to get it removed by the previous owners without success I decided to sort it myself, I called PCWS and I discussed our dilemma, they were extremely helpful within a couple of weeks the drums have been removed and dealt with professional and within minutes of the operator removing them I received the hazardous waste certificates so we can now pursue a claim. So all in all a first class service at a very reasonable price,Thank you PCWS Ltd

Fantastic company to deal with collected out waste oil and emptied the bunds around our diesel tanks. Efficient and clean service will be using again!

Would not recommend women on the phone dreadfully rude and told me to go elsewhere so that's what I will do.

Terrible terrible terrible if there was an option for 0 Stars I would you use it.I have nothing but regret for using this company Pure Clean Waste Solutions.Upon purchasing a vixion Parts washer from eBay from this company the Vixion machine was sold to me on the pretences that the machine had been fully serviced and was ready for sale.On the eBay advert I was told that the machine had been Refurbished and fully serviced. According to there own engineer this was not the case the machine was dirty and showed signs of of dirt and residual over the platform to where the parts sit. The filter was showed remains of dirt grime and swarf, ans has years of lime scale build up in the tank and on the elements if the machine had been serviced or as they say Refurbished then why was the machine not cleaned sufficiently.The first visit there engineer explained that the boom was full of lime scale and the only way to completely remove the this would be to change the rotating boom as this would be the problem and would cause further build up making the machine clog up continuously.2) The second time the engineer visited our site was because after only one use the machine stopped working I was informed by the engineer that the machine was low on water this was the problem to why the machine did not operate.Bearing in mind I was given no instructions or advise in operating the machine. There is a float at the bottom of the tank that cuts the power once the machine becomes low on water this was the cause of the problem or so I was told. The machine never worked again after this.3) The third time The engineer arrived he explained that the machine had a problem to the element at the back of the machine upon inspection he diagnosed the fault down to a shoddy repair which was carried out to the machine before I purchased it.So now to cut a long story short the machine they sold was simply a used machine that they had just sold on without taking the care to service or check to make sure that the machine was safe to use.I am now having to take PCWS to court as they are unwilling to rectify the issues and are now trying to charge me a ridiculous amount to fix the machine that they told me was fully refurbished and services.Please avoid like the plague and save your self the hassle I endured from this cowboy out fit.

PCWS Ltd have done an unbelievable job for us over the last couple of days.We were in quite a mess. The main drain out of the house had dropped and was in bits. Accordingly we were getting clean / dirty water seeping into our cellar. It was really bad news ! !. PCWS came over very quickly after the call out and identified the problem with a camera inspection. Once we gave the go ahead for the work their team arrived very quickly despite having lots of other jobs on their list. The guys on the team were fantastic and had tremendous expertise. They overcame problems whilst digging down some 8 ft. After 2 days work the drain / soiled pipe were replaced and the horrid water seepage has now disappeared. We cannot thank PCWS enough and would recommend them to anyone who needs help in any type of drainage problem . Many thanks Geoff & Vera Hale,
