Just popped in on the off chance they did replacement handles for old council windows not only had they got a suitable one in stock, he even cut the spindle down to the correct size for me, only a small job but based on this would definitely recommend

I've just had 4 windows including a large bay window from Russell James windows. The quality and the appearance is amazing so I have to keep going outside to look at them.I'm so pleased with the windows and would highly recommend the company.

Friendly enough , just very disorganised, phoned up for a quote, said they would get back to me on when they had someone available to pop round, rang back 3-4 times over the space of a week to chase them, when i finally got through to be fair they gave me a date and the guy turned up who was professional, then must have spent another week trying to get hold of them , finally got through and kept saying would sort a quote out before the end of the day... this same phone call happened 3 times, i then gave up chasing so they lost the sale, no phone call back or anything, will not be recommending them or using them again. Very disorganised!

After using this company for purchasing 2 composite doors we decided to ask them to replace old crittle Windows for us and they have transformed the property. The quality is excellent and the fitters were extremely accommodating to our requests. They removed a window & replaced it with a beautiful set of French doors. Not a straight forward task but a fabulous Result. Also used them to replace windows and for French doors onto an open porch on my parents house
