I'm afraid, I have to agree with John M. While a very nice lady, the alteration service was amateurish on two occasions. One garment needed re-doing, another one - spotted after a while; it was not particularly visible so swallowed the frustration and left as it was.

Nice people....but put patches on the outside of some holes when mending clothes and used glue rather than cross stitching: when I commented in person about this the lady said I should have explained what I wanted first of all....not impressed

After some so- so experiences of dry cleaners in Richmond, I travelled to Swan Dry Cleaners (which is more in the direction of East Sheen) with my wedding dress and several other bits - 100% worth it! Lovely service, attention to detail, care in everything. Officially my new spot!
