Bad customer service, unhelpful!! And When asked if I could bring something back if it was wrong size guy behind counter said there’s a 10% restocking charge what the hells that about??

When I searched localy here in Worksop for a spare wheel for my trailer,I found it was only possible to get hold of one if I ordered it then wait a few days for delivery,so I called BDS trailers in Sheffield and asked if they had the wheel I needed in store and lucky for me they did.With the help of my gadget and Google Maps off I drive to the big city of Sheffield to BDS.The store is very well organised and the two guys in store greeted me with a friendly smile before asking how they could help,,,a couple of minutes later I had my spare wheel and was advised to buy both wheel&Tyre as one, and not seperate to save alot of money,many thanks. This realy is a top rate place to visit when you need help with a trailer etc

Good selection, lot's of bits you didn't realise you needed or just make your life easy to use, with a great selection of trailers, only I wish they would sell Ifor Williams, sell people what they want.
